She is the founder of reCompass, a consultancy that brings together business transformation and human development through the lens of compassion. With more than 20 years of experience across consulting, financial services and entrepreneurship, Janaina has built and scaled businesses, designed and led strategic programmes for Fortune 100 companies, and co-founded a fintech venture. Known for her clarity, pragmatism and presence, she brings deep strategic insight to human-centred work. After undergoing her own journey of personal transformation, Janaina immersed herself in the study of the human soul - completing an 11-month course on Compassion at Stanford, a 6 months on Interpersonal Neurobiology and and earning a teaching certification from the Center for Compassionate Leadership. She also has a Msc in Strategy and Leadership from London Business School. Today, she works with leaders and organisations around the world to help them navigate disruption, drive strategy and transformation with care and trust, build collaborative and agile cultures, and lead with courage and humanity
